Face Up is a hands-on facial massage treatment designed to work beyond the surface of the skin by releasing tension held in the face, jaw, neck, and scalp while supporting circulation and lymphatic flow. It is a natural, non-invasive approach that helps the face look fresher, softer, and more relaxed. 

People often book Face Up for jaw tension, facial puffiness, tightness through the temples or forehead, tired-looking features, or simply because they want a more natural approach to facial ageing. Another benefit is the nervous system reset that comes with Face up.

We’ll start with a comprehensive consult to understand lifestyle, tension points and address your main concerns. so I can understand what you’d like to focus on. From there, your treatment is tailored to you and works through the chest, face, jaw, neck, and scalp using hands-on techniques designed to release tension and support more natural movement. 

The first appointment is 1.5 hours as we include the full consultation and thereafter each Face Up appointment is 60 minutes.

Absolutely, So many of my clients notice they feel calmer and look fresher or less puffy straight after a session. If you are looking for longer-term change, I can recommend a treatment rhythm based on your goals which we will discuss.

This depends on what you’d like to get out of your treatments. We’ll always talk this through together and tailor a plan that feels right for you.

As a guide, many clients choose to come monthly to maintain results and support ongoing goals. If you’re looking to kick-start your results, you might choose to come every 2 weeks for a short period of 4–6 treatments.

No. You can go straight back to your day after your treatment. 

Please get in touch before booking if you are pregnant, have recently had injectables, or have had another recent facial procedure. I can let you know whether the timing is right for Face Up or whether it would be better to wait a little longer.

Yes. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Yes. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before your treatment.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your treatment are welcome, and your 50% deposit will be refunded. Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
